CropKhata was born from a simple observation: most Indian farmers have no systematic way to track crop expenses. They know roughly how much they spent — but rarely which crop was truly profitable.
We built CropKhata to change that. By recording every expense from seeds to harvest, crop by crop, farmers finally understand their real cost of production and can plan next season with confidence.
Since launch, thousands of farmers across India have used CropKhata to manage their farm finances. Our platform supports multiple languages, works on basic smartphones, and is completely free for individual farmers.
