How to Apply

   Visit your nearest Krishi Vigyan Kendra or Agriculture Department office

   Provide your name, land details and location

3. 3

   Officials collect soil samples from your fields

   Soil is tested at the lab for 12 parameters including pH, nutrients

5. 5

   Soil Health Card is generated and handed to you (every 2 years)

6. 6

   Follow the fertilizer recommendations on the card for best results
